Artificial Intelligence (AI): Opt-Out by French Audiovisual and Film Producers

French organisations representing audiovisual and film producers (AnimFrance, API, ARP, Procirep, Satev, SCFP, Spect, SPI, UPC and Uspa) recommend that all producers insert into the general terms and conditions of their websites a clause expressly indicating the exercise of their right to object (“opt-out”) in order to protect their catalogues from any use by artificial intelligence (AI) systems.
