Privacy policy
This policy transparently describes the processing of personal data carried out by PROCIREP in connection with its website www.procirep.fr. "You" refers to any person concerned by such processing.
What data, for what purposes?
As things currently stand, PROCIREP's institutional website does not collect any personal data through forms: no registration, online membership or newsletter is offered to date. The only processing carried out is:
- Anonymous audience measurement: page views are counted anonymously, without cookies and without any data that could identify you;
- Document downloads: each download is logged in an anonymised way (the IP address is hashed and never stored in clear text), for statistical and security purposes.
- Technical error monitoring: in the event of a malfunction, technical data (timestamp, error message, page concerned, browser type) may be sent to our monitoring tool GlitchTip, hosted within the European Union, in order to fix the incident. Your IP address is removed and no data that could identify you is kept there.
This processing is based on PROCIREP's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper operation, security and audience measurement of its website.
Recipients and hosting
Technical data is hosted by OVH, within the European Union. Technical error monitoring relies on GlitchTip, also hosted within the European Union. The site's backups are encrypted and stored within the European Union (Scaleway). No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes, nor transferred outside the European Union.
Retention period
Anonymised audience-measurement data (pages viewed, document downloads) are kept for a maximum of 13 months, then automatically deleted. Other technical logs are kept for a limited period, strictly necessary for statistical and security purposes.
