PROCIREP is a collective management organisation, a civil-law company of film and television producers, responsible for defending and representing those producers and rights holders in the field of copyright and related rights.

Information

Pursuant to Articles L. 323-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (CPI), PROCIREP has adopted general transparency and risk-management policies, in particular regarding personal data. It is within this regulated framework that PROCIREP carries out its core mission: collecting and distributing to producers of cinematographic and audiovisual works the rights it collects on their behalf.

Personal data is any information that makes it possible to identify you as a natural person, either directly (surname, first name, etc.) or indirectly by reference to an identifier.

PROCIREP complies with the applicable regulations: the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978. No personal data made accessible on the site may be collected or processed without the prior written consent of the data subject. In particular, it is prohibited to collect and use such data, manually or automatically, notably to send unsolicited advertising.
