Cinema Commission
The Cinema Commission reviews applications and awards support for the creation of film works: feature-film development, short-film production and collective-interest projects.
Funding application files are now submitted electronically. Two electronic files are required for each type of funding (except for collective interest), in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Criteria and Rules documents for each scheme.
Feature films
Writing support, 50 % refundable, awarded to feature-film production companies according to their investment and development policy on screenwriting (support from €12,000 to €63,000, for 80 to 100 companies per year).
Applications submitted to PROCIREP may also be eligible for ANGOA’s feature-film development support (around 21 % of PROCIREP’s support in 2026).

Each support application is submitted electronically: it is compiled in accordance with the procedures set out in the rules and form specific to each type of support, which can be downloaded above or from the document database (section "Resources").
Applications should be sent by email to the PROCIREP commission officers listed on the forms. A member area will soon enable the online submission of applications via this platform.
