KIDAM (Alexandre Perrier and Jules Grange) has been selected by its peers as the Short Film Production Company of the Year 2026.
This award, presented during the Partners’ Ceremony of the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, comes with a €7,000 grant to be reinvested in the production of a future short film.
The winners of this 30th Procirep Award for Short Film Production Company will also be eligible for a special screening program, « Carte blanche to the Procirep Award winner » at the next edition of the Festival.
The three other finalist companies for this edition were Barney Production, Punchline Cinema, and Yukunkun.
The presentation of this award was also an opportunity to reaffirm Procirep’s strong commitment to short films, through creation grants funded by private copying. In addition to this award, these funds support: (i) short film production programs (nearly 70 production companies supported each year), (ii) festivals and markets dedicated to short films, and (iii) enhanced support for feature-length project development programs for companies transitioning from short to feature films.
